Annual Memberships may be cancelled for a full refund within the first 24 hours. Cancelled annual memberships within the first week (but after the initial 24 hour period) will receive a 50% refund. After a week, the annual memberships may be cancelled but not refunded due to the nature of the program. Thank you.
